Purpose of the website

The website is informational. It presents the company, its services and the products Flow and Sala.

Its content is not a binding offer or a proposal to enter into a contract. Services and software are provided only under a separate written contract with each customer, which prevails over these terms as regards the business relationship.

The application screens and videos come from a demo environment with sample data and do not show real transactions, real customers or real stores.

Intellectual property

All content of the website (text, graphics, logos, design, source code, images, videos and software screens) is the intellectual property of Xentrix and is protected by Greek and European law.

You may view and save content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, republication or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.

Third-party names and marks mentioned on the website (for example Wolt, efood, Box, Viva, myPOS, Nexi, Worldline, Mellon, Epay, Oxygen, IRIS and customer names) belong to their owners and are mentioned only descriptively, to indicate compatibility or cooperation.

Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

  • disrupt or put a disproportionate load on the website or our infrastructure
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts
  • submit unlawful, offensive or inaccurate content through the contact form, or other people’s details without their consent
  • use automated means to collect content in bulk without permission

We may restrict access in case of abuse.

The website links to our applications (such as flow.xentrix.gr) and to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or fit for a particular purpose.
